Our Policies
For the safety of our children, it is policy that parents notify the office by phone, text, or email as soon as possible about the absence of you child. It is also helpful in planning van rosters for the day. If we have not been notified, we will call you as soon as we realize that your child is not on the van to ensure he/she is safe.
We are a closed facility. Visitors are not allowed to freely roam the building - staff will bring your child in/out of the facility and sign them in/out for you.
Parents, please call the office or the director if someone different is picking up your child other than those listed on the enrollment form. ID will be required at time of pick up in such cases.
Lost and Found is located under the stairs. Check to see if any of your child's belongings are there!
Our Payment Schedule
 Payments are due by Monday of each week. If you need to make further arrangements for payment, please speak with the director. Effective for the 2023-2024 school year, the weekly cost for after-school care is $50 for one child, $90 for two children, and $130 for three children. Current prices for full day weekly care is $100 for one child, $180 for two children, and $260 for three children. Payment is required, even in the absence of the child. It is policy to notify the director 2 weeks prior to removing children from the program.
